Mabon (Autumn Equinox) Virtual Women's Circle

Mabon or Autumn Equinox is the final Sabbat in the Wheel of the Year. It is the time when the harvest is fully celebrated. The time when the hours of light and dark are once more equal and the tipping point into the dark part of the wheel. 

This time is the time of the Maga woman- the time between Mother and Crone, the time when we reflect on the harvest of our lives. We feel for the balance in our lives, reflect on the year that is past and ponder the time of descent into darkness once more. A time for gratitude and celbration for any and all we have harvested. 

We remember the Maga Goddess The Mórrigan- she of battle and prophecy and in the Celtic Tree Ogham: the Apple Tree as tree of earth's abundance and fruitfulness.
