Yean Ng is an entrepreneur, social impact enthusiast and mentor. 

He is the Finance Manager at Dismantle which helps disadvantaged young people across WA through hands-on activities and shoulder-to-shoulder mentoring. Dismantle enables and empowers vulnerable young people to live their life in a self-directed way.

Dismantle has a social enterprise, ReNew, which provides commercial maintenance services and generates paid employment opportunities for at risk young people. ReNew is on a mission to connect at-risk young people with hands-on, entry level employment opportunities for organisations which want to create deeper value with their purchasing power. ReNew is working with leading Perth businesses to turn everyday transactions into positive social outcomes.

Yean is also co-Founder of Toe the Line, a funky sock business in Perth. It aims to provide locally designed relatable socks for the modern young adult.

He is also part of the Global Shaper Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, and a mentor to other students wanting to begin their own entrepreneurial journey.
