Mike is the founder and CEO of Xceptional, a tech firm that connects people with autism to tech and data jobs at banks and major tech firms. In the past year, Xceptional has won the Google Impact Challenge, the Optus Future Makers program and the Westpac Businesses of Tomorrow.
Mike has worked in the technology and social impact sectors for 20 years, including in agile software development teams with Crossroads Foundation, a Hong Kong nonprofit which connects businesses with resources to nonprofit partners.
In 2014, Mike and his wife Helen co-founded the first nonprofit in Hong Kong focused on the genetic condition fragile X.
Mike holds a master in public policy degree from Harvard, where he received the TUYF Scholarship for NGO Governance and a BA in Physics from Oxford.
He is also an elite runner with Team Brooks, and has a world record for the fastest half marathon in a suit.
