MADASS is teaming up with YUAN Pilates for a revitalising wellness workshop that’s all about movement, mindfulness, and a little mid-week magic. Led by the energetic and uplifting instructor Danny, this session will guide you through a 1-hour mat pilates class designed to leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and so in tune with yourself.
