A barre is a stationary handrail that provides support for people during various types of exercise. Barres are used extensively in ballet training and warm up exercises, where such exercises are commonly referred to as barre work. NOTE: The fee includes membership, insurance and GST.

We learn centre, floor and travelling phrases and, on occasion, improvise. We aim to radically accept our ever-changing bodies so that we can remain creatively on-the-move in ways that are safe and deeply satisfying, for as long as we wish. Come and indulge your curiosity about dance and/or realise your desire to get moving. NOTE: The fee includes membership, insurance and GST.
