Whether a beginner or someone with previous experience of ballet, Lucinda will expertly guide you through discovery of the joy of ballet focussed around the use of the ballet barre. A barre is a stationary handrail that provides support for people during various types of exercise. Barres are used extensively in ballet training and warm up exercises to both introduce and develop balletic skill and style. Classes conclude with some time spent in centre practice.
