Travel instructions

The nearest public transport hub is Penrith Train Station and Bus Interchange on Jane Street. It is approximately 700 meters to walk to the Civic Centre, noting you can also walk through the Westfields shopping complex. There is Bus Stop ID: 2750398 "Penrith City Council, High Street" out the front of the Civic Centre, bus routes 688, 689, 690P and 691 stop at this bus stop. There is free public parking available at the Civic Centre, on street parking nearby, or paid parking available at the Westfields shopping complex.

Entry instructions

Walk up to the glass doors at the front of the building and meet one of our Team at the doors to escort you inside to the lifts. If you arrive late or need additional access support, please call or text 0436 925 879.

After entry instructions

Up in the Lift to Level 2, as you come out of the lift the Nepean Room will be on your left. There will be a registration table and staff nearby.

Hazards

The building is fully accessible but does have internal stairs. The front entrance external ramp to Level 1 is not wheelchair or walking aid suitable due to steep incline and uneven tiles.

Accessible toilets are available and signposted.
