Email marketing is a great tool for small businesses, providing a cost-effective way to reach and engage with your target audience. MailChimp is undoubtedly one of the most popular email marketing tools, allowing you to easily create, send and track email campaigns to your customers and subscribers.

If you are already using Mailchimp but wants to learn more about the advanced features and functionality it offers this workshop is for you. The presenter will take you through how to better understand the campaign data, creating audience segments to deliver more targeted campaigns and how to automate your emails to save time and improve customer engagement.

This workshop will cover:

· Data Analysis: Understanding historical account data comparative to industry benchmarks in order to make informed decisions for future campaigns and segmentations.

· Monitoring Email List Health: How to clean your list and minimise the likelihood of ending up in spam folders.

· Audience Segmentation: Explore ways to gather audience data to create targeted emails that hit the right customers and the right time.

· Email Automations: Automate you emails to reach customers at crucial moments, such as abandoned carts and appointment no-shows.

For in person workshops bring along your laptop or from online workshop have access to two screens so you can follow along and start implementing as you learn.
