    Event description

COVID has resulted in schools becoming more flexible in approach and more creative in the ways in which learner needs are being met. What happens post-COVID? Do schools slip back into 'business as usual' or do they build on lessons learnt and continue to transform learning and the learner experience?

Three local secondary schools will share their journeys:

    • What opportunities they have taken?
    • What have they learnt?
    • What are their plans to intentionally maintain the best of hybrid and flexible learning approaches beyond COVID?
    • How is innovation in equity, this year's Learning Days theme, making a difference?

    The Presenters:

Tony Melton - Lincoln High School

Anita Yarwood - Ao Tawhiti Unlimited Discovery

Liz McDowell - Avonside Girls' High School

This event is hosted by Grow Waitaha facilitators Greg Jansen and Ray Burkhill.
