FAQs

• What is the structure of the sessions?

• How else can I pay?

  For any enquiries regarding Payment, please contact admin@fawknernh.org.au or call 9359 1824.
  

  While we prefer the online booking system, we understand this may not be accessible for everyone.
  
  You can pay via EFTPOS or Cash at the Fawkner Neighbourhood House Office 79 Jukes Rd, during office hours.
  
  If you need flexible payment options, feel free to email or call the number above to discuss.
  

• What happens if I miss a session?

  We understand things come up. When possible, let the choir director know.
  Unfortunately we are unable to refund for the misses session/s.

• What happens if the choir director misses a session?

  As the Choir is term-based it isn't always possible to have make-up classes into the term holidays.

  Alternatives, such as events, can be discussed directly with your choir director.

  It is to the discretion of the group if they want to come/ stay and practice together. They assume their own responsibility and liability and are expected to adhere to FNH Code of Conduct.
  

  The class will be reimbursed.
  

• What is the minimum age? Can I bring my children?

  This is an adults Community Choir (18+yos). Feel free to let admin@fawknernh.org.au know if you are interested in a family-friendly choir, as with enough interest, there could be basis for one in the future.
