Allowing you to bring forward into the New Year all things that served you well, all the lessons that had you learning and growing, all the strengths you naturally have that you can amplify in the year ahead to achieve what you want most. It's also a time for you to leave firmly behind anything that no longer serves you - whether it's a relationship, a work or life situation or your own limited thinking. It's time to re-write your future outcomes.

Creating the mindset for success

With a clean slate, we'll create your Ideal Year using world-class tried and tested Coaching frameworks and Neuro-linguistic programming techniques. Change your mindset to focus on what you DO want to create in the year ahead.

Learn to successfully set, implement and achieve your goals

Learn practical goal-setting tools and proven techniques to set you up for success as you plan, take achievable action steps and reach your goals. Bonus: Learn game-changing techniques to either break a bad habit, or start a new one.

Creating your inspiring 2025 Vision Board

We'll end the day with a fun, creative session where you'll design your unique vision board for the year ahead which you get to take home. With all materials provided. What we focus on, we get, to the exclusion of all else. By seeing our vision board daily, our unconscious is working on a deeper level to make this happen. It's like priming your mind each day to focus on what you want and your unconsicous will work towards making it happen. Some call it manifesting. In the world of Neuroscience, we call it giving your Reticular Activating System in your brain something to focus on that you want to achieve.

The poet, Mary Oliver, wrote: "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"
