MAKE A HEART - SHARE A HEART - SPREAD KINDNESS
Description
1000 Hearts and Muscular Dystrophy Tasmania are joining hearts! 🧡
We are incredibly proud and grateful to announce our new partnership with 1000 Hearts, an initiative built around the beautiful idea of spreading kindness, one handmade heart at a time.
A huge heartfelt thank you to Sarah, founder of 1000 Hearts. Sarah is one of the most inspiring women, and we are so grateful for her generosity, passion and for welcoming MDT into this wonderful community.
As part of this partnership, $10 from every Muscular Dystrophy Tasmania Fundraiser Kit sold will go directly to MDT, helping us support Tasmanians living with muscular dystrophy and other neuromuscular conditions.
