Make A Lidded Pot

Choose and create your favourite animal to star on top of your hand built pot.

In this new workshop Michele will guide you through a step by step process that is suitable for both beginners and the more experienced.

Your pot will be made using a slab cylinder technique and the animal themed lid is made with a pinch pottery method.
Your finished pieces will then be painted with underglazes before being left to dry.

All materials, glazing and firing are included in the workshop and your lidded pot can be collected after two to three weeks.

Michele has over 20 years experience delivering visual art programs for tertiary and private students and community groups focusing primarily in clay or drawing. She is also a practicing artist creating unique works for group and solo exhibitions and retail outlets.
