Make-A-Movie Workshop

This Make-A-Movie Workshop from Filmbites WA is being held over 3 afternoons at Hopetoun Youth & Art Space. 

You need to be available to attend all 3 sessions.

• Wednesday 29th January 1pm-6pm
• Thursday 30th January 1pm-6pm
  
• Friday 31st January 1pm-6pm

In this practical, hands-on course, you will learn the step-by-step processes involved in making a short film or music video.
As a group you will choose a movie genre, brainstorm a plot, discuss narrative structures and create a storyboard. 

The workshop then covers technical aspects such as key film equipment and how camera shots and movement can create meaning, crew roles and continuity.
You then participate in creating sets, costumes and props, and then crew and act in the film too!
