Sashiko: make a book cover SLR
Learn about sashiko, a beautiful Japanese embroidery style, and design and stitch a beautiful customised book cover with Donna from Stitch Paint Burn. These make lovely gifts or keep it for yourself!
Please bring an A5 book with you to fit the cover to - this can be hard or soft cover with any kind of binding. All other materials are supplied.

Where: This event will be held in beautiful Aldinga Beach at the Curiosity Cafe, home of Fresh Ginger Creative, situated between the scrub and the beach. This event is part of an ongoing series of creative workshops.
Date: Saturday 19 June 2021
Time: 1.30 to 4.30pm - including refreshments. Feel free to come early for soup or get something yummy at Pearl.
Cost: $55 +booking fee

Donna is a multi-disciplinary artist and educator, based in Adelaide’s west. With a love of texture and memory, her work documents everyday trials and tribulations.
