Meet the future stars of tomorrow!

Join The Creative Life for an evening of original monologues, scenes, skits, and music! Listen to local writers and playwrights; watch performers and musicians play songs and act scenes/monologues. Network and connect with other local creatives. Plus, enjoy light bites, wine, and beverages. All are welcome.

Come and enjoy an evening of scenes, monologues and music performed by Westchester and NYC talent!

About The Creative Life

The Creative Life is a retreat-oriented travel group designed to bring people together for a period of time and explore their unique creativity through a variety of mediums; drama, art, song, writing, holistic art activities, jewelry making and so much more. Co-founded by playwrights and teaching artists Harrie Mulé and Serena Norr.

About Harrie Mulé

Harrie Mulé is a playwright, performer, teaching artist, life coach with over 20 years of experience in tv, film, and theater. She is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, a member of the WCT Playwright Lab, Brewster Theater Playwrights, the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA) and the Screen Actors Guild (SAG). She has appeared regionally in community theater, including American Actors Theater in Manhattan and on TV in One Life to Live.

Her most recent performance, an original monologue she wrote entitled “Goombah Joe” was performed at the Westchester Collaborative Theater (WCT), participant in the HVSF Bake Off (2024), SL Writing Institute (2024), an AEA Approved reading of her play “Add Sunlight” (2023), “The Custodian” and “Melee” monologues to be performed at The Creative Life Open Mic in Ossining (2024). Harrie holds a BA in English Literature, is a Co-Founder of The Creative Life, a retreat-oriented travel group. She teaches creativity classes that improve one’s ability to generate original ideas and express them through words, actions or other artistic ways.

About Serena Norr

Serena Norr is a writer, teaching artist, playwright, and founder of Let’s Make a Play, a playwriting program for kids and adults. Her plays have been performed at the Omaha Fringe Festival, White Plains Performing Arts Center, the New Deal Creative Arts Center, Westchester Collaborative Theater, Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival, The Players Theater with the Rogue Theater Festival and the NYC Short Play Festival, The Tank, The Flea, the University of Alabama as well as various productions over Zoom. Her plays have been published in the “Bittersweet Monologue Collection,” “ellipsis... literature & art Drama,” and the “Stonecoast Review.” She is a member of the Dramatists Guild, Westchester Collaborative Theatre, participant in the Kennedy Center Playwriting Intensive (2021), the National Women’s Theatre Festival (WTF) Directing Program (2022) and Producing/Directing Program (2023), and The Workshop Theater (2023).
