Make It Christmas Day
Description
Join the creatives that are Make Space at their free annual Make It Christmas Event on Saturday 28th November.
There will be free crafting workshops, lots of Christmas inspired gifts plus the normal locally made and unique art and crafts by the Make Spacers and their curated suppliers. Everything at Make Space is made by locals.
This is a great opportunity to meet the makers, have a chat and enjoy and some light refreshments.
We hope you can join us.
From 11am to 2pm we will be running free craft activities:
Make a macrame Christmas hanging with Karen Johnson of Inknot.
Make a felt ball with Petra Hilsen
Print your own greetings card and gift tags with Valé Vincent, Amanda Donohue and Ali Sobell-Read.
From 2:30 to 5pm we’ll celebrate with drinks and nibbles.
The team will be there to chat all day about their practice, how and why they do what they do, as well as what’s on the horizon for Make Space.
We hope you’ll be able to join us for part of the day as we celebrate our last Christmas at The Station.
