Learn how to make the most of your committee or trust board meetings and AGMs. We will cover the basics of running meetings that are enaging and efficient:

• Good governance - knowing the roles and responsibilities
• Good practices - e.g. minute taking
• Managing a room - ensuring everyone's voice is heard

This training is for anyone on a board or committe of not-for-profit or community group. If you want to make your meetings more productive and worthwhile, this session’s for you!
