Discover the expressive power of abstract art in this hands-on workshop led by Mike Sander, a South Australian muralist and canvas artist known for his highly realistic work using aerosol and acrylic mediums. While Mike’s murals often reflect client-driven realism, his passion lies in the freedom and raw energy of abstract art—especially on canvas.
In this immersive session, Mike will introduce his artistic journey and showcase examples of his work, before guiding you through the basics of aerosol painting and abstract composition. You’ll experiment with techniques, create your own A3 artwork, and finish by cutting, pasting, and framing your piece—ready to take home, gift, or proudly display.
