Tuesday, August 19th | 6 PM | Alta Peruvian Lawn | $5 | Sign-up Required
Join us for an evening of community, food, and book discussion with other artists and makers! You don’t need to own an art business to join. For this quarterly, supper and book club, we will be reading Steal Like an Artist by Austin Kleon. Come ready to discuss the book. Please also bring a salad, main dish, appetizer, or dessert to share for the potluck. ACE will provide some refreshments and light appetizers. The first meetup will happen outside, so bring a blanket, chair, and extra layers to wear. All are welcome!
Megan, the events director for ACE, is also a local artist and will host this event! She helps host meet-ups and classes for artists and small businesses. Her goal is to create community amongst makers and to help artists feel less alone by offering classes on topics small businesses tend to struggle with!
