The aim of this workshop is to make a companion journal, in the spirit of Leonardo da Vinci’s notebooks where diagrams, drawings, personal notes and observations were kept for future reference.

We will prepare 22 headings, with key words and phrases, and an illustrated banner to grace the top of each new subject. Drawing from the wisdom of writers, humanists, geographers and environmental psychologists, We will prepare for future notes, sketches and investigations into the places that are personally meaningful for you.

The workshop will be led by experienced and trans-disciplinary artist and theorist Sue Michael.
