SIX WEEK PROGRAM of Yoga and Mindfulness Classes for Kids (aged 6-12).
COVID-19 UPDATE: If social distancing rules are still in place by the time the program is due to start, the classes will be held LIVE ONLINE securely via Zoom Online or Microsoft Teams. Registered participants will receive log in details timely before class.

Classes include:
- Breathing exercises supporting executive function, combat anxiety and introduction to mindfulness
- Mindful Movement (Yoga) to enhance physical fitness, flexibility and strength
- Partner Poses / Games fostering teamwork, cooperation and social skills
- Relaxation as a platform for self-care and to destress
With Yoga and Mindfulness children will gain the tools to respond to life’s ups and downs helping them to manage life in a better way. They will learn tools to become self-aware, self-regulate and de-stress. These important tools will help them not only to become better community members but will empower Youth to become healthier and happier – mentally and physically.

>> With enrolling your child you agree to a FULL TERM of 6 classes. Attendance of ALL six classes is essential to reap the benefits for your child and support the program.

With enrolling my child, I confirm that my child voluntarily participates in the Yoga and Mindfulness classes. I release the instructor and her agents from any injury to my child or damage to my child’s property that occurs while attending or as a consequence of attending this class. I have reported any and all physical restrictions to the instructor prior to attending this class (via the ticket order form).
