    Event description

I am Kathy Foster.  I have successfully published two decks of Oracle Cards which I have self published.  This class will look at both self publishing and submitting cards for publication.

Making your own tarot or oracle cards is rewarding, even if you don’t get them published, or have them published in limited numbers.  For this course you will learn all the aspects of making your own cards from creating your own vision to how to write your accompanying book, box and ideas for marketing.

This course will take place over one day.   Come along and learn the process and share with others.  If you come out the end of the no physical cards that is absolutely fine.  If you come out with a fully formed deck that is also absolutely fine.  We will not be actually working on your deck during the day - although we will be sharing ideas and supporting and encouraging each other with their ideas.

    13th October - 9.30am until 4.00 pm

Please remember that some decks are purely symbols and photographed crystals so don’t think that you have to be super creative to create your own deck of cards. I am considering making my next deck using purely circles!

The most important thing for me is that you communicate with each other to learn and grow together as you share preferences. ideas and creativity.

    What you will need:

    • a fully charged laptop
    • pen and paper
    • an eagerness to laugh with others as we play and share.
    • a willingness to share and to listen to others ideas

I am in the process of putting together my third deck of cards and this is the guide that I would have loved to have had before I started rather than feeling around in the dark.  That is the purpose of this class - to provide you with the information that you need to create your own amazing deck of cards, whether that is now or in the future.

You will be given a workbook that will be interactive to use on your laptop, presentations for each module and resources for you to access as well as my ten year experience. The exchange for this class is $250.  You will be able to walk away with all the knowledge that you need to either get yourself going or to help you continue on your card making journey.

There is a minimum number of students to make this class viable so I reserve the right to cancel the class and return funds if necessary.
