Mala Making and Mantra workshop

A one-day immersion of mantra, mindfulness, and hand-crafted ritual.
Join us for a soulful and hands-on day where sacred craft meets spiritual practice. In this immersive workshop, you’ll create your own hand-knotted mala and learn the art of mantra meditation guided by an experienced Mala meditation teacher. Each bead becomes a vessel for your intention, each knot a step deeper into your practice.

Time: 12:30pm – 4pm

Location: Private property in Termeil
The Day Includes:
-Opening circle & grounding meditation
-Introduction to mala beads: their history, symbolism, and structure
-Choosing your materials (beads, thread, tassel colours)
-Guided mantra journey: find or craft a personal mantra
-Hands-on mala making: learn knotting techniques, symmetry, and the 108-bead tradition
-Tea break: nourishing Chai + Ayurvedic sweets.
-Silent mala threading with personal mantra meditation
-Guided practice session with your completed mala
-Closing circle & sharing ritual
Take-home: your handmade mala, mantra card, and care guide
