This is an evening for honest conversation and peer support. We'll create space to share stories about the things that don't always make it into professional development sessions: recent challenges in the workplace, navigating media representation and public perception, managing family expectations, handling difficult conversations with colleagues or families, dealing with pushback, and working through moments of professional identity crisis.

You're not alone in this work, and the challenges you're facing are ones others in the room will recognise. This is a chance to learn from each other's experience, build genuine connections, and leave with practical strategies and a stronger sense of community.
