Wild Song 7-Day Challenge: For Mama’s ~ 8-14 Dec.

10min day for 7 days.

A kick-starter into playful, creative parenting time, reigniting creativity, and opening both yours & your kids… natural, wild song.

For mums & dads of young ones, it’s easy to set aside all of your self care & creative soul food to prioritise our lil bright sparks in the early years, especially the energiser toddlers!

So, this 7 day challenge is inspired by my own journey of re-emerging into vocal play & creative expression WHILE mothering my 2yr old son.

It’s been a 3 year journey through identity loss, internal change & metamorphosis into a new version of myself… and now I’m seeing how easy it is to prioritise song, sound, energetic self care WITH my son, rather than WHEN I HAVE TIME for self care… which is hardly ever!

Song, sound, silliness & vocal play is something our kids do naturally, and do so much more WHEN WE DO IT DAILY.

Here’s some observations of my son:

• When I sing he sings, he’s even starting to harmonise with me!
• When I express myself it gives him permission or example to express himself fully.
• When I’m bottling emotions, he acts up, gets destructive, cranky, pokes me till I pop…
• When I use sound, song & silly play to release my feels, I feel more inspired, he feels calmer, we all have more fun. 

So here’s the flow for our 7-Day Interactive challenge:

~ Join the Private WhatsApp group in the meeting link.

~ We start with a 20min Live Zoom ~ Sunday 8 Dec

- and end with a 20min Live Zoom on Sunday 15 Dec.

~ You’ll receive a 10 min video daily VIA THE WHATSAPP GROUP that gives 7 playful guided exercises you can do WITH (or without!) your kids using song, sound, freestyles & fun energy clearing exercises.

~ There are some 5min video challenges to do along the way you’ll share into the WhatsApp group (everything is optional without pressure to participate)

~ You’ll also have access to some songs you can share that kids love singing.
