Mama Village 3 Night Retreat

Mama Village Heart Circle is a mama led and mama focused space to find nourishment, respite and rest. Ultimately, to come back to ourselves so we can go back to our children whole heartedly.

The retreat will be a nourishing container of:

• Heart Circles
• Yin, Nidra and Functional Flow style yoga
• Meditation practises
• Topics presented on healing through Functional Spirituality and self care
• Foster a connection to our mother, the beautiful nature that surrounds us, through space to be and bush walks
• Nourishing balanced meals made by a nutirtionist

Our sacred Heart Circle is a 'speak and listen' style which allows us to slow down and sit with other women, unified and heard, as we witness our own beauty and wisdom echoed through one another. Letting a circle of mother's be a supporting and guiding village.

We use yoga, meditation and movement to come back into our bodies, facilitating healing, cultivating and awakening spiritual practises. This movement and meditation allows for rest and rejuvination for those mamas needing respite.

Wake up well rested surrounded by trees! Nestled behind the Bibblumum track, Origin’s Centre offered simple accomodation with common spaces. Get some much needed rest in a quiet shared room with another mama or a single room so you can really have your own space to be.

Slow down in the beautiful rotander for our yoga, meditation and heart circle sessions. We will be held in a stunning container, adorned with a pot belly fire to keep us warm in the cool April mornings and evenings.

Feel nourished by a fully catered menu deisgned and cooked by a nutririonist, who loves to mother the mother.

Arrive Friday 25 April between 2-4pm for a 5pm Welcoming Gathering to begin our retreat. 

Leave 12pm Monday 28 April with a packed lunch to journey home.
