Join us in York for the Mammal Society Annual Conference 2027 for a long weekend of inspiring talks, hands-on workshops, networking, and outdoor adventures.
The Mammal Society Annual Conference is focused on sharing knowledge and building connections across the mammal conservation and research community. It brings together a diverse audience, including academics, ecologists, students, early career professionals, local conservationists, and nature enthusiasts, creating an inclusive space for learning and exchange.
We are currently accepting abstract submissions, bursary applications and expressions of interest for exhibitors through the forms on our website: Annual Conference 2026 — Mammal Society. The full programme will be available at the end of January 2027.
Full weekend tickets include access to all talks, workshops, stalls, poster presentations and meals across both days. If you do not wish to attend the Saturday gala dinner, please use the code GALAOPTOUT at checkout to remove your spot - £25 will be removed from your overall ticket price.
Day tickets include access to all talks, workshops, stalls, poster presentations and day time meals (excludes evening meal) on your chosen day. If you wish to attend the Saturday gala dinner, please select the Saturday dinner add-on at checkout.

Make the most of your time in York by joining this optional field trip following the Mammal Society Annual Conference. Whether you’re a student, conservation professional, or nature enthusiast, this trip offers a fantastic opportunity to witness some exciting conservation projects taking place in Yorkshire.
We will visit Castle Howard Arboretum Trust and experience their peaceful woodlands, with opportunities to explore their red squirrel breeding programme and beaver reintroductions. More details of the field trip will be announced in the coming months.
Tickets to attend this field trip can be added on during checkout.
Concession tickets: available for those in education or those on a low income/in receipt of universal credit.
