Drawing upon Māori and Hawaiian wisdom alongside trauma-informed somatic practices, we will explore the relationship between body, spirit, whenua, voice and Mana. 🌿

To allow your masculine strength to beautifully coexist in harmony with your feminine softness. So your heart can remain open without becoming sacrificial. So you can feel deeply without abandoning yourself.

Together, we will explore grounding and nervous-system regulation, the sacral as a place of creative life force, forgiveness of self, emotional expression, and the medicine held within our voices. 🌀

We will focus on the energetics of the WOMAN you are ... not the girl you once were.

This is about your inner authority and the roar that lives within you. 🔥
