What people have said about Penny's recent online series:

"During each of Penny’s workshops she has created a space that is safe, peaceful and nurturing. I realize that I have only ever engaged with Penny online, but the experience and interaction has always felt close…. I know that a session and practice with Penny will result in a positive experience … a calming mood lingers (sometimes for days)…. In addition to the blissful practices, the recent series taught me some new articulations of Buddhist principles, and Penny has profoundly facilitated this learning."
Emily K, psychologist, researcher, writer

"Penny shares her deep knowledge of Buddhist principles and practice with love and humour. She is an engaging, accessible teacher."
James H, psychotherapist

"Practice is such a wonderful opportunity to grow ourselves, spiritually and psychologically. In opening our hearts and minds we discover the deep wisdom already within, and life flows with more grace and joy, even during times of  tremendous challenge." Penny Fenner
