Designed to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to navigate the unique challenges of leading in this space, this programme is your opportunity to grow as a leader while building meaningful connections with like-minded peers.  

What to Expect  

This programme has a Flexible and Engaging Format combines to ensure a rich learning experience:  

- Large group virtual workshops every two weeks via Zoom, focusing on key leadership topics.  

- Peer group discussions to explore ideas and deepen understanding.  

- Self-directed learning activities for reflection and practical application.  

- Written feedback to guide your development.
