    This session is aimed at leaders of volunteers who are sometimes tasked with having these conversations. 

    Facilitated by Carrie Wallis of Enlighten U Solutions, the session will cover:

    • What makes conversations difficult

    • How your conflict style impacts daily conversations

    • Steps to handle conflict while maintaining composure
