This session explores how to create a strong team dynamic in the board and what to do if those dynamics aren’t working. We will explore how to avoid getting difficult dynamics, how to read the problem signs as they are emerging and how to handle those resistant board members or conflicts.

Supporting resources will also be provided in this deep dive session afterward for those who attend.

This session is suitable for Chairs of boards but also any board or committee member wanting tips on how to manage their own reactions and the relationships with others when in difficult board situations.
