This course will discuss the importance of providing appropriate support and assistance to an employee with a non-work related injury, giving consideration to employee requests and your legal requirements during a period of non-work related injury. Practical solutions that employers can explore further to enhance their ability to manage this category of injury in the workplace will also be discussed.
Important Information:
This webinar will be split into two 1.5 hour sessions with a short break in between each session, as follows:
Session 1: 9am - 10:30am
Session 2: 11am-12:30pm
