This workshop will help you navigate the difficult decisions you may have to make in the post-JobKeeper economic environment including:

  • Where to start in assessing your current and future workforce needs – including identifying essential positions and outsourcing
  • What are restructures/redundancies and what do they mean including what is a “genuine redundancy”
  • When you should begin consulting with your workforce and their representatives over potential redundancies
  • What pay and notice requirements apply in the event you do have to downsize your workforce
  • How to manage the legal risks
