Event description

Do yourself a favour and invest in your wellbeing. Whether you are on the frontline or a leader. Come reset, refocus and find better ways of being, to stay sustainable and resilient in the helping profession

Charis Youth and Community are excited to be teaming up with 2Exhale to host 2Exhale's "Managing Triggers and Preventing Burnout" Workshop.

This workshop is a practical and interactive session designed to support frontline workers, leaders, and teams in building resilience and sustainability in high-stress environments.

The workshop explores

  • how to identify personal and professional triggers,

  • develop effective self-regulation strategies, and

  • create healthier responses to challenging situations.

Participants will gain tools to manage stress, reduce the risk of burnout, and foster a stronger sense of wellbeing, allowing them to move from simply surviving in their roles to thriving with clarity, balance, and renewed energy.

Cost is Free and Spaces are limited so be quick to register
