Managing Weeds of the South-West: with the WA Weed Society

Join Eve, Member Services Manager, Greg Keighery and Kathryn Batchelor from the Weed Society of WA as we discuss all things weeds.

We will be talking identification, management, technology and Kathryn will walk us through the latest apps to help with your landcare efforts. We will touch on dry and wetland weeds and agricultural and bushland weeds so there is bound to be something in this presentation that will answer a burning question you may have been unable to find the answer to!

We will also discuss their upcoming publication of the third edition of their 'weed bible' as it has been described to us; Western Weeds. The first edition of this guide was published in 1998 and the second edition was published in 2007. Both are now sold out, but the society is working on producing the third edition, to be published in 2025.
