Join us for a beautiful evening of Breathwork and Cacao

TALOFA friends and family, I would like to extend a warm welcome to our community. 

This is your invitation to join us on this magical evening to reconnect with yourself, step out of your mind and drop into your heart for our *Last breath journey of the year as the year starts to wind down.

This event is an intimate somatic breathwork and cacao experience designed for you to explore your internal landscape, reconnect back home to yourself and safely release what your body may be holding in a warm and supported environment using your breath as medicine. 

Our spaces are designed with intention, beautifully created to welcome, support and hold you in connecting back to your authentic self. 

This is an opportunity to step away from the noise and demands of everyday life, to press pause, turn your attention inward and listen to what your body has been trying to communicate. 

What to expect:

Our session will begin with a heart opening cacao ritual, with the intention to take you out of your mind and drop you into your heart. In the warmth and safety of a small group, you will then be guided and supported through a somatic breathwork journey allowing you to:

• Reduce stress, anxiety and depression 

• Facilitate emotional healing and introspection

• Clear emotional blockages

• Release stored emotions, belief systems and what no longer serves you

• Reset your nervous system

The combination of breathwork and ceremonial cacao facilitates a whole body experience removing you from your thinking mind and connecting you deeper into your heart, intuition and body’s wisdom. 

SATURDAY 17 OCTOBER, 6PM - 8.30PM (doors open 5mins earlier)

Exchange/Payment: $88 Early Bird: $77 (until Oct 4th)

What to bring: Journal + pen, eye mask, water bottle, comfortable warm clothing, an open mind and heart 

Where: Wild Studio, 25 Dundas Court, Phillip, ACT 

Preparation: Keep well hydrated throughout the day. Eat a light meal at least two hours before to avoid having a full stomach. 

Please honour the start time so that we can respect the space. The doors will be closed promptly, to ensure a peaceful and safe environment for all attendees. 

Meet your facilitators: 

We are Daniel and Lauren, a loving couple devoted to creating and holding sacred spaces to facilitate connection and belonging, with a shared horizon of being in service to others and aiding in their healing. Having navigated our own challenges, as many do, we have acquired various modalities and knowledge along the way that we feel called and honoured to share.
We are so excited to share this space and medicine with you.

Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional healing, or simply a rejuvenating experience , this event promises to leave you feeling grounded, connected and uplifted. Come and join us and awaken your senses to the magic within.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Note: Breathwork can result in certain physiological changes in the body and can also result in emotional releases. 

Please consider that Breathwork may not be for everyone. It is crucial that you inform your Breathwork practitioner if any of the following conditions are relevant to you; cardiovascular problems, severe mental health conditions, pregnancy, previous heart attack or stroke, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, high blood pressure, detached retina, glaucoma, epilepsy or history of seizures. 

Please reach out if you have any questions relating to these contraindications. We can accomodate most medical conditions by tailoring the session, however we will let you know if a one-on-one private session would be more suitable. Your health is our priority.
