The adidas Manchester Marathon, the UK's second largest marathon and one of Europe's largest is an iconic event drawing participants from all over the world to the vibrant streets of Greater Manchester.

The organisers pride themselves in welcoming all to take on our 26.2 mile challenge, from some superb elite runners, to those who thought completing a marathon would never be possible. Many regular runners find this the ideal event to get a personal best time, whilst everybody finds the incredible Mancunian support throughout the course unforgettable.

This is a charity place for children's charity Samuel's Charity. By accepting this place you will need to fundraise to take part in this event.

We ask all participants to fundraise £300. This amount provides vital support for a child in hospital and at home, with a dedicated care coordinator to ensure no family faces the journey alone.

There is a £20 deposit fee to pay, which is refundable when you hit the fundraising target.
