Join us for a delightful journey into tropical flavours as we create an elegant Mango and Passionfruit Tart from scratch. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make a sweet pastry base that is perfectly crisp. We’ll fill it with a rich almond cream that adds depth and texture, followed by a luscious mango compote that bursts with natural sweetness. To top it off, we’ll craft a silky passionfruit creamy, adding a tangy flavour to balance with the sweetness of the mango.

By the end of the class, you’ll have the skills to recreate this stunning dessert at home, impressing friends and family with a taste of summer in every bite!

Each participant will take home their own 17cm tart to share with family and friends.
