What to Bring:

To get the most out of your experience, please bring the following:

• A journal and pen: For reflective exercises, insights, and to jot down your visions and goals throughout the workshop.
• Comfortable clothing: We’ll be doing breathwork, meditation, and visualization, so wear something that allows you to relax and move freely.
• A yoga mat/towel:to sit on during the session 
• Cushion or blanket(optional): I want you to be as comfortable as possible
• A water bottle: Stay hydrated and energised during the session.
• A picture or object that represents your dreams (optional): If you’d like, bring something symbolic of your vision for 2025 to add to your vision board. (You may bring a few things if you like)
• An open mind and heart: This is a transformative journey, so come ready to release old patterns and embrace new possibilities.
