Refund Policy
The purchase of Preethaji & Krishnaji's Process event tickets are final and non-refundable however, a refund may be issued when an event is cancelled.
If the event is cancelled, a refund in the amount of the face value of the ticket will be issued to customers who purchased tickets. Humanitix Service and transaction fees will not be refunded.
If you cannot attend Preethaj's and Krishnaji Process, the face value of the ticket paid will be credited for future use for any O&O event. The amount credited will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Alternatively, you may transfer the name of the ticket holder to another person by contacting the organiser. Humanitix Service and transaction fees will not be credited.
