According to India’s ancient health science, Ayurveda - every human being is born fundamentally with one of the 3 predominant natures or prakritis.
First is Vaata or the wind nature - if this is your nature. You are physically agile and moving but gentle of temperament.
The Second is Pitta or the fire nature - if this is your nature. Then you are moderately agile- but decisive - you are aggressive and fiery in nature.
The third is Kapha or the water nature - if this is your nature you are physically more sedantic- you are slow and often humorous in nature.
In order to have the blessing of longevity along with vitality, the higher dimension of these 3 natures have to become awakened within your body.
Prana which is the higher nature of vata, Ojas which is the higher nature of pitta and Tejas which is the higher nature of kapha has to become awakened.
These higher dimension of your body have the potential to fight diseases, to renew and rebuild tissues and to build strength in the body. They lead you to svasthya.
