An empowering collaboration between Shannon from Your Wellbeing Warrior and Stef from Chill Breathe Revive, hosted at the Breath Bar in central Geelong.

This unique experience invites both men and women to explore the depths of their intuition and unlock the power of somatic healing. 

Shannon (Your Wellbeing Warrior), will guide you to tap into your inner power, supporting you to reach those parts of yourself to dream even deeper for your manifestation. There will be a few empowering activities that will ensure you are ready to MANIFEST YOUR DREAMS! 

We will begin with a transformative breathwork journey guided by Master Breathwork instructor, Stef (Chill Breathe Revive), helping you to release limiting beliefs and opening your mind and heart to the energy of manifesting your dreams, and then we will flow into an intuitive expression of your inner world through meditative drawing or journaling.

Together, Shannon and Stef will create an epic soundscape with a double crystal bowl sound healing experience as you intuitively draw or journal. The experience is designed to free your mind, relax your nervous system, tap into your inner child’s creativity, and reignite your belief in manifesting your dreams!

We’ll end the session with a heart-opening cacao circle, grounding and connecting us all as we integrate the evenings experiences.
