Hi, I’m Deb!

I’m deeply passionate about helping women make themselves a priority by reconnecting with their self-worth and embracing the transformative power of healthy boundaries.

I guide women through the often-challenging journey of moving beyond self-doubt, the belief that they’re not good enough, and the pain of being taken advantage of. Together, we create space for healing and growth, so they can trust themselves fully, implement boundaries with confidence, and step into their power. Whether in person or via Zoom, my one-on-one mentoring provides a nurturing and empowering environment tailored to each woman’s unique needs.

My journey began 17 years ago, sparked by my own struggles with self-worth and boundaries. After attending several life-changing workshops, I found myself inspired but unsure how to carry the breakthroughs into my daily life. I longed for someone who could hold space for me—a mentor to guide me through the deeper layers of healing and help me integrate all I was learning into a life I loved.

That longing became my purpose. I’ve since dedicated myself to learning the tools and wisdom to support others on their own journeys. Along the way, I’ve earned qualifications in Holistic Counselling, Art Therapy, and Intuitive Intelligence, which have equipped me to work with women recovering from trauma, healing childhood wounds, and rewriting the narratives that no longer serve them.

I believe in the power of intention—the ability to create meaningful change by aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions with your desires. Through our work together, I help women harness this power to shift from feeling stuck or disconnected to living with purpose, clarity, and joy.

My approach is a blend of compassion and strength. I hold space for women to feel seen, heard, and safe as they explore the parts of themselves that have been forgotten or buried. At the same time, I empower them to take brave steps forward—setting boundaries, trusting their intuition, and silencing the inner critic that tells them they’re not enough.

Healing is not a destination; it’s an ongoing journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. Your worth is undeniable, your strength is within you, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
