Manish Latch: Live in Stratford
Description
Stratford — we’re bringing you a huge night of stand-up comedy, and it’s completely FREE.
Headlining the night is Manawatū comedian Manish Latch, known for brutally honest observations, immigrant stories and his unpredictable style of crowd work. Born in India, raised in the Middle East and somehow ending up in Palmerston North, Manish finds the funny in culture, marriage, masculinity and the questionable decisions that have shaped his life.
Joining him are:
Whanganui RAW Comedy winner George Hewitt, one of the region’s cheekiest new talents, fresh from representing the Central Region at the RAW Comedy Quest Grand Final in Auckland.
Taranaki RAW Comedy winner Jimbro Morgan, bringing a cheeky, down-to-earth style of comedy built around the ridiculous parts of everyday life. Relatable, quick and effortlessly funny.
Holding it all together is 7x award-winning comedian Kajun Brooking. Raised on the gang-infested streets of Hastings before moving to Whanganui in search of a better life, Kajun turns his life experiences into quick-witted, punchy comedy. As seen on TikTok, Te Karere and The Hui, he’s one to look out for — just not in a Police Ten 7 kind of way.
Four comedians. One night. Completely free.
Friday 6 November · 8:30 PM · Colonel Malones, Stratford
