Manjimup Housing Co-operative Information Session

As a stakeholder in the Manjimup community, Co-operation Housing invites you to attend this information session regarding the opportunity to develop Lot 9000 Mount St, Manjimup.

Co-operation Housing has currently secured the site under an Exclusive Working Period Agreement with the owner, Development WA.  This agreement provides important time to gauge interest and need from the local community, and expires towards the end of November 2024.

The proposal is to develop the site as a Build to Rent (BTR) community using the co-operative housing model.

Our aim is to develop a project that is sustainable and permanently affordable.

This workshop will provide information about the opportunity and how you can get involved in the development.
