Event description
Show your mind and body some love with a yoga session in the park.
The session will be "flow to restore". Starting with dynamic exercises and finishing with relaxation and breathwork.
All are welcome, members and non-members, beginners to advanced.
Free for Co-op volunteers and staff
$5 current Co-op members
$25 non-members (includes 1 year Co-op membership)
BYO mat or towel. We can't wait to see you there!
