Event description

The Ballroom Fit is a Registered NDIS Provider for Innovative Community Participation. One Community and Civic Participation activity we supply is Ability Dance Classes for people with various physical, learning, and cognitive disabilities.

We adapt classes to each individual’s needs, always looking to ensure everyone is stimulated and engaged throughout the sessions.

In addition to social and confidence benefits, our dancers develop a greater awareness of their posture, balance, coordination, and fine motor skills.

Ballroom Fit offer group dance classes and private lessons.

We encourage support workers and family members to participate with their clients.
