The event is not about beats pushing movement, instead it is an opportunity and an invitation to listen to the powerful and healing mantras. The tracks that Energee will be playing invite a call-and-response style participation. You are welcome to hum or chant the mantras as per your comfort level while busting some dance moves on the beautiful wooden floor of Raw Power Yoga, voted Brisbane's best Yoga Studio.

- 6:30pm Doors open, arrive and relax

- 7:00 to 7:30pm Welcome circle

- 7:30 to 8:00pm Sound Bath by Soul Significance

- 8:00 to 9:00pm Hum, chant and dance to Mantra Beats with Energee

- 9:00 to 9:30pm Sound Bath and Closing circle.

Time: 6.30pm until 9.30pm

In Preparation / Please Note:

• Bring your water bottle
• The sound bath session will be conducted lying down, so bring a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket or a jumper for comfort
• Dance to your comfort, there are no specific moves/steps
• This is a sober event, please ensure you are free from alcohol or substance use upon arrival, or entry will be refused without a refund
• Mobile DJ setup speakers, party lights (lasers and strobes) used during the dancing journey
• Please respect everyone's individual space and the group space we create together
• The organizers will be taking photos and short video clips during the event to help promote future gatherings. If you prefer not to be included in these visuals, please inform us upon your arrival.
